MUST BE A 300 DPI PNG FILE (Transparent Background) we are not responsible if a file is blurry or pixelated. We do not offer refunds on customs. All files must be ready to print no screenshots, we do not make any adjustments or changes to designs, they will print exactly as loaded.

Customs are final! There is no return or exchange. You will need to REPURCHASE.

Heat Press is required CRICUT PRESS OR HOME-IRON IS NOT RECOMMENDED. We are not responsible for user error.

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED.
